Ringsteifigkeit, Ringflexibilität und spezifische Anfangsringsteifigkeit

Ring Stiffness, Ring Flexibility and Initial Specific Ring Stiffness

Zwick’s ProLine and Allround testing machine ranges cover the entire force range for testing all common pipe diameters. The load frames can be equipped with two test areas; for example the upper test area can be used for tensile tests on shouldered bars and the lower test area for compression tests to determine stiffness or ring flexibility. Load frames with two test areas are efficient and highly operator-friendly as they eliminate tool changing.

Test-sequence control by testXpert® Standard Test Programs makes testing simple and reliable. All the principal test results are pre-programmed and are calculated automatically.

Many types of pipe require deformation measurement on the inner diameter.  A special long-stroke extensometer is available from Zwick for this, together with a manual extensometer specifically developed for pipe testing.

Typical Products for this Application:

Testing Machines to 5 kN

Three models are available - 500 N, (112lbf), 1 kN (224 lbf), 2.5 kN (562 lbf) and 5 kN (1125 lbf).

ProLine Testing Machine

The two-column ProLine testing machine is specially designed for function-testing components and for routine materials testing.

Allround-Line Testing Machine

Finding the optimum solution to your test requirements is easy thanks to the Allround Line's wide range of load frames. Options include table-top and floor-mounted testing machines with nominal forces ranging up to 250 kN, various heights and widths and a second test area.

Xforce last celler

[Translate to NO:] Available only from Zwick Roell, high-precision Xforce load cells are used for all our load frame ranges. Their design is based on the principle of axial/rotational symmetry, making them highly insensitive to transverse forces.

Temperature chambers

Temperature chambers are used in a temperature range of -80 up to +250 °C.
