The testXpo sees Zwick present a new version of its testing software, testXpert II V 3.3. Among many new features, the ‘Corporate License’ function makes it much easier for globally active concerns to standardize their test requirements and co-ordinate them centrally, with the option of including suppliers in the standardization process.
Global undertakings with a need for central control of their testing requirements and companies in sectors such as the automotive and medical industries with strict guidelines regarding traceability and reproducibility will benefit from the new Corporate License function. The company’s central testing site stipulates company-wide standards for all tests which are to be performed using the Corporate License function; test specifications are safeguarded against unauthorized changes. Branches of the company can access these standards via testXpert II, ensuring a standard-compliant test. The test is monitored throughout for correct machine configuration and the test arrangement and performance are recorded on camera from start to finish.
The Test Programs and the corresponding testXpert II version can be distributed online to any required location by the central office, with the results and test reports from tests performed worldwide being returned to the central office online directly after completion of the tests. The Corporate License function also enables suppliers to be involved, ensuring traceable, consistent testing performed to the same standards through the entire quality assurance process. Considerable improvements in test result quality can thus be achieved, combined with significant simplification of the testing process.
