Our modular Zwick Modernization and Retrofit Technology (ZMART.PRO) modernization package for vibrophores can be tailored to your individual needs.

The retrofit kits consist of the following basic elements:

•  VibroWin digital measurement and control electronics
•  testXpert^® testing software
•  new load cell or conversion kit for existing load cell
•  conversion kit for additional components required, e.g. extensometer
•  new static and/or dynamic drive (if required).

VibroWin comprises measurement and control electronics and its associated power supply required for Vibrophore operation. Pulse width control allows very quick control reaction to individual sinusoidal loading cycles. The PC required can be positioned separately, flexibly and independently of the electronics. 

These Master Test Programs are suitable for fatigue tests on all materials which can be tested on vibrophores.
