testControl Electronics

testControl´s setup is modular. It permits a customised system to be created, that means it enables the customer to purchase just that what he actually wants and needs. All new developments, whether a hardware module or a functional expansion, can be very simply integrated in this system. testControl takes over all time and safety critical tasks surrounding materials testing.

The Core System of testControl

• synchronous recording of test data from all sensors connected to testControl
• highest positioning capability and precise speed control via adaptive controller
• event controlled reaction possibility and up to 1000 Hz online test data processing

Basic Equipment

• 2 slots, one slot is already equipped with the DCSC module (connection for load cell)
• operation of the test machine via PC with testXpert^®

Modules and Options

• Option operating variant Stand Alone: the operating variant Stand Alone enables you to operate your test system with direct inputs without a PC.
• Option testControl plus: test machines that are equipped with 2 slots can be expanded via this option with 2 slots.
